VIT-A Laser Cutting Machine

Tube Laser Cutting Machine

VIT-A Laser Cutting Machine

VIT-A Laser Cutting Machine configuration starts with a complete tube-part drawing. The two published models are VIT-A6022 and VIT-A6035, with a shared laser power range of 1000-6000W. Their Cutting Area entries differ, while the listed head, source and control alternatives provide separate configuration decisions for a quotation.

A model name alone leaves several purchasing questions open. Describe the incoming section and the finished features, then show which dimensions matter to the part. That allows the discussion to follow the real drawing instead of assuming that a series suffix or an abbreviated area value defines every processing arrangement.

VIT-A configuration options

VIT-A6022 lists a Cutting Area of 6000*220mm; VIT-A6035 lists 6000*350mm. Retain the original field name when comparing them. The entries share their first dimension and differ in the second, but they should not be rewritten as confirmed maximum outside diameters for every proposed tube shape.

The table specifies 0.6G maximum acceleration, 0.05mm Positioning Accuracy and 0.03mm Repositioning Accuracy for both models. These are machine specification fields. Put the required finished dimensions on the part drawing and ask for a response to them, without converting a positioning value into a universal finished-part tolerance.

Raytools, WSX, BOCI and Osprey are the head alternatives. Raycus, MAX and IPG are listed as generators, with CypCut or Weihong controls. Resolve these VIT-A configuration options together with a selected power rating; an offer that only repeats the entire option list has not defined a particular equipment combination.

VIT-A workpiece requirements

A VIT-A workpiece brief should include the section drawing, material grade, outside dimensions, wall thickness and incoming length. Identify the intended end features, holes or slots on the finished-part drawing. These are requirements submitted for review, rather than claims that every requested shape or feature is already supported by the published table.

Where a part must fit into a larger assembly, show the relevant mating dimensions and drawing revision. Keep the component detail available alongside the assembly view. If several tube parts differ in section or wall thickness, give them separate entries so an answer about one representative part does not silently stand for every item.

VIT-A quotation details

The servo motor and driver alternatives are Fuji, Delta and Yaskawa. Taiwan Linear Rails is the guide-rail entry, with Japan Shinbo and France Mortori listed as reducers. Keep chosen components in separate quotation fields to make changes visible when the proposal is revised or a different power option is considered.

State how incoming stock is expected to reach the proposed work area and how finished parts will be handled. Ask for the actual arrangement and supply scope. The A in the series name does not establish an automatic loading package, and buyer-provided handling requirements should not be presented as included equipment.

For installation planning, request overall equipment dimensions, service information and any necessary access details for the offered configuration. Keep those questions separate from Cutting Area. Send the current drawings, component preferences and unresolved section questions through the contact page so the quotation can refer to one consistent revision of the project.

Product questions

What is the published difference between the VIT-A models?

VIT-A6022 lists 6000*220mm and VIT-A6035 lists 6000*350mm under Cutting Area. The shared power range is 1000-6000W.

Does the second area value confirm maximum tube diameter?

Keep it under its published Cutting Area label. Send the actual section drawing and ask for its acceptance in the proposed arrangement.

Does the A suffix specify automatic loading?

The suffix identifies the series. It does not by itself establish an automatic handling package or define what is included in an offer.

What should the drawing show?

Include the section, material, wall thickness, incoming length and finished features, with required dimensions and the current revision clearly identified.

How should accuracy requirements be discussed?

Keep the machine's positioning and repositioning fields separate from the finished-part requirements. Mark the relevant dimensions on the drawing and request a specific response.
